For judging more than one session the fees shall be as follows:
Morning $75.00 Afternoon $100.00 Evening $125.00
Morning: before 12:00 noon to a maximum of three hours
Afternoon: 12:00 noon – 6:00 pm to a maximum of five hours
Evening: 6:00 pm – 12:00 midnight to a maximum of six hours

When an event is timed between two sessions (eg. 3:00pm - 9:00pm) the minimum payment fee of $150.00 shall apply and where session times are exceeded an additional rate of $25.00 per hour is payable.

The Chairman of Judges must be a Qualified Scrutineer and hold an “A plus ” qualification in the styles to be Adjudicated.The Chairman shall be paid an extra $50.00 “per session” above the Judges fees unless there is a separate competition coordinator in which case the fee is just $50.00 above the daily Adjudicator rate. For larger events the Chairman of a panel must be “non-voting”unless a competition coordinator is employed by the Organizer.

Meals: It is the responsibility of the Organizer to provide or compensate for:

1 meal for 2 consecutive sessions
2 meals for 3 consecutive sessions
Travel: Travel Expenses, Hotel Accomodation and Parking for out of town Adjudicators is the Organizer’s responsibility

For full day events where minimum panels of three judges are used, the Organizer is required to employ two separate panels.Organizers wishing to expand their panel by using extra adjudicatorsmay reach a payment agreement with each such person individually.For Multi-Day Events where Adjudicators and Officials are requiredto work all sessions, the full daily rate of $300.00 shall apply. Ifhowever attendance at all sessions is not required, the Organizer may choose to negotiate a reduced daily rate, mutually agreed withthe all Adjudicators and Officials prior to the event. In all cases the fees and expenses to be paid to the Adjudicators and Officials by the Organizer shall be clearly stated in the EmploymentContract, which must be signed by all parties prior to the Event.
